6. Products, Orders, & Handmade Variations

 

We offer handmade products. By ordering, you acknowledge:


  • Each product and handmade product is crafted individually and may vary slightly in size, color, texture, or stitching.
  •  Small variations are normal and are NOT considered defects.  This is what makes each one unique and beautiful.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Refund/return details are available in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and accepted payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

Information you share — including submissions, emails, and purchases — is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
